Calendar — officially disclosed dates

A general meeting is where shareholders vote on boards, dividends and capital changes — the last officially scheduled moment a listed company's course can be publicly redirected. The date shown is the one the issuer disclosed via the exchange's issuer directory.

Published rules start to bind on their entry-into-force or application date, not on their publication date — the compliance clock runs from these. They appear here only when a source publishes them in structured form, which the connected feeds rarely do yet; their absence is a disclosed coverage gap, not an omission.

Certainty labels keep scheduled facts separate from proposals and forecasts (Officially scheduled · Officially proposed · Expected from official programme · Analytical forecast · Unconfirmed). Everything currently listed is Officially scheduled, because Meridian only asserts dates a source committed to — fictional dates are a failure condition.
