Scope
From land appraisal to unit handover
- Residential development
- Multi-unit new build — site appraisal, delivery strategy, phased construction and plot-by-plot completion.
- Commercial conversion
- Office and commercial stock converted to residential or re-purposed — planning route, structure and services rethought together.
- Compliance programmes
- Portfolio work across occupied buildings — fire-door programmes, cladding remediation — delivered building by building with tenants in place.
- Commercial projects
- Workspace, hospitality fit-out and structural alteration for operating businesses, programmed around trading hours.
Method
One levelled programme across every plot
On a multi-unit site the expensive failures are rarely inside a single plot — they are between plots: a groundworks gang idle on plot 3 because the frame on plot 2 slipped, deliveries clashing, inspections booked against the wrong sequence. We run the whole site as one resource-levelled programme, so each trade flows plot to plot without dead time, and a delay anywhere shows its knock-on effect everywhere — immediately, with the reason attached.
- Phased releases so early units complete and sell while later phases build
- Procurement across the whole site — material packages bought once, at scale, delivered per phase
- Statutory inspections choreographed per plot against the live sequence
- Developer clients see the same live portfolio view we run the site from

Priced by unit numbers and unit mix
Development pricing turns on the numbers: how many units, what sizes, what specification band. The estimator’s developer route asks for unit count and unit sizes and prices the scheme per unit and in total — indicative, absent inspection, but a serious starting point. Send the breakdown through as a quote request and it arrives with us ready to discuss.
